What is The Man Cave Store's return policy?
The Man Cave Store strives to achieve the highest level of service in our industry. Our goal is to provide our guest with the best possible guest experience. We aim to provide nothing but the best in quality and service.
Non-Furniture Returns
Regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of purchase from a store or order delivery. Guest receipt or proof of purchase is required for a refund. A credit from our store will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located. Store Non-Furniture Returns may be returned to any of our stores.
Our stores are also able to facilitate a catalog or web return.
Catalog & Web Non-Furniture Returns
All catalog and web purchases are shipped with a packing slip and instructions for return. Please include your packing slip or order number and guest name in your return shipment. For assistance, contact us at 770.662.8471. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of your return into our warehouse.

Furniture Returns
Guest are asked to measure their entry ways and access points from curb to in-home placement prior to order placement to avoid delivery problems later.
Regularly stocked furniture may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of order delivery. Guest receipt or proof of purchase is required for refund. A credit from our store will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located. Merchandise that is refused because it doesn't fit will also be refunded in merchandise or store credit only.

Special Orders
Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Special orders taken in a store require a 50% deposit, non-refundable after 48 hours. Web and catalog special orders have a 50% cancellation fee, if the order is canceled more than 48 hours after placement.
The Man Cave Store reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time.
ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO OBTAIN REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. RETURN SHIPPING AND/OR MERCHANDISE PICKUP CHARGES ARE THE GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
