A pool, a gym and a spa in one footprint
Swim, train and recover year-round in the space of a parking spot — no permits, no excavation, no swim season. Delivered and installed by our own crew, with 0% financing available.
One machine, a full training program
Water gives you resistance in every direction with almost no impact — which is why physical therapists have used it for decades.
Year-round, multifunctional use
Heat or cool the water so you can use it in summer or winter — and use it to swim, play, relax, or all of the above.
Massage seats
Contoured seating and relaxing jet massage provide a perfect place to unwind.
Continuous swim
An adjustable current increases the efficiency of your swim if you're training — and eliminates the need to stop or tumble turn to keep swimming.
Fast, low-cost install
Greatly reduced installation time and cost compared to a pool — you can be up and swimming in a day.
Portable
Relocating? Depending on your install, the swim spa can be removed from position and re-installed at your new home.
Compact size
A swim spa takes up far less space than a swimming pool — it fits on a patio or deck.
| Consideration | Swim spa | In-ground pool |
|---|---|---|
| Season | 365 days a year, heated | 4–6 months in Georgia |
| Footprint | 12–19 ft — fits a patio or deck | Most of the backyard |
| Install | Days; no excavation or permits* | Months of construction |
| Running cost | Insulated shell, covered when idle | Heating, chemicals & upkeep at 10× the volume |
| If you move | It moves with you | It stays |
*Electrical hookup and a level pad required — we coordinate both.

What is a swim spa?
A heated, self-contained vessel — typically 12 to 19 feet — with an adjustable current you swim against in place, plus jetted seats. A lap pool, a resistance gym and a hot tub in one footprint.
Cheaper than an in-ground pool?
Install is days instead of months, with no excavation and a fraction of the water to heat and treat — and it runs 365 days a year, where a Georgia pool gives you four to six months.
Do I need a permit?
Most installs need only a level pad and an electrical hookup rather than excavation or pool permitting, but requirements vary by county — we check your jurisdiction and coordinate both.
Can I test swim first?
Yes. Book a private test swim at the Norcross showroom and feel the current and seating before choosing a model.
Will one fit my backyard?
Most fit a patio or reinforced deck — roughly the footprint of a parking spot. Send us your space and we'll confirm fit and plan crane or side-yard delivery.
